These tournament was held on September 10th and 11th. The same time as the kite festival. I wished I had more information, but the promoters either didn't have that information ; or didn't want to share that in formation with me. I do know there was different divisions: Men and Women, Coed 2's, Coed 4's, Coed 6s.. Masters .  There were 1st and 2nd place prize winners  the identity is unknown.
